Prime Dividend Corp. is a Canada-based mutual fund company. The Company's investment objective is to invest primarily in a portfolio of common shares. The Company may also invest up to 20% of the net asset value in equity securities of issuers in the financial services or utilities sectors in Canada or the United States. The investment objectives with respect to the Preferred shares is to provide holders of Preferred Shares with cumulative floating rate monthly cash dividends at a rate per annum equal to the prevailing Canadian prime rate plus 2.35% with a minimum annual rate of 5% and a maximum rate of 8% based on the on the $10 repayment value of the Preferred shares. The Company invests in various sectors, which include banks, life insurance companies, investment management companies, and utilities and other sectors. Quadravest Capital Management Inc. is the investment manager of the Company.
