Its Products and services segment is engaged in the rendering of services, repair, maintenance and installation, sales of products and services, and supply of manpower. Its Engineered packages segment is engaged in the rendering of services, including repair, maintenance, and installation services for engineered packages. The Companyâ€™s divisions include Energy and Industrial Solutions. Its Energy division offers turnkey engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning (EPCIC) solutions, maintenance-construction-modification services (MCM), subsea services, and integrated solutions for oil and gas. The Industrial Solutions division provides solutions across aerospace, oil & gas, and general industries through strategic partnership with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and in-house capabilities.
