UPL Limited is one of the world's leading producers of agrochemicals, specialty chemicals and industrial chemicals. Net sales break down by activity as follows: - sales of agricultural and phytosanitary products (95.7%): seeds (vegetable seeds, soybean seeds, corn seeds, sunflower seeds, canola seeds, etc.), crop protection products (herbicides, insecticides and fungicides), pest control products, soil fumigants, etc. ; - sales of industrial chemicals and specialty products (4.2%); - other (0.1%). At the end of March 2021, the group operated 43 production sites worldwide. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: India (12.1%), Latin America (38.4%), North America (14.7%), Europe (16.6%) and other (18.2%).
