VPOWER GROUP INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the sale and installation of engine-based electricity generation units and the provision of distributive solutions. The Company mainly operates through two segments. The System Integration (SI) segment is engaged in the design, integration, sale and installation of engine-based electricity generation units. The Investment, Building and Operating (IBO) segment is engaged in the design, investment, building, leasing and operation of distributive power generation stations to provide distributive power solutions. The Company operates its business in Hong Kong, mainland China, Bangladesh, Indonesia, as well as Myanmar, among others.
