The principal activities of the Company are engaged in the manufacture and distribution of life insurance products (including death, total and permanent disability, trauma, income protection and business expenses insurance) through both its Direct and Strategic Partnership (Advised) channels. The Company segments include Direct Business, Partnership, and Genus. The Direct Business segment consists of life insurance protection products that are sold directly to customers under the NobleOak brand. The Partnership segment consists of life insurance protection products, which are sold to customers primarily through advisors under the Company's partner brands. The Genus segment consists of life insurance administration services performed by the Genus Life Insurance Services Pty Ltd. Its Genus segment also provides administration services to the policyholders of the portfolio.
