AB Zemaitijos pienas agreed to acquire JSC "Baltic Mineral Water Company" from Algirdas Pažemeckas and Danute Pažemeckiene.

AB Zemaitijos pienas (NSEL:ZMP1L) agreed to acquire JSC "Baltic Mineral Water Company" from Algirdas Pažemeckas and Danute Pažemeckiene on June 7, 2019. AB Zemaitijos pienas will acquire all shares i.e. 70,000 shares in JSC "Baltic Mineral Water Company". The transaction is subject to approval of Audit Committee of AB Zemaitijos pienas. As of September 17, 2019, the Audit Committee of AB Zemaitijos pienas has approved the acquisition.
