Asiainfo Security Technologies Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:688225announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 300 million worth of class A shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 30.28 per share. The shares purchased will be used for the employee stock ownership plans or company's equity incentive plan. The program will be funded out of the company's own funds. The program will be valid till 12 months.
On July 29, 2023, the company announced that after the 2022 equity distribution, it adjusted the maximum repurchase price from not more than CNY 30.28 per share to not more than CNY 30.26 per share.
