Atlas Copco Proposes Helene Mellquist as New Member of the Board

STOCKHOLM--Swedish industrial toolmaker Atlas Copco AB said Tuesday that its nomination committee proposed Helene Mellquist as a new member of the board of directors from April 26.

Ms. Mellquist is a board member of Alfa Laval AB and Thule Group AB and President of Volvo Penta. She has previously served as senior vice president of Volvo Trucks Europe and Volvo Trucks International and as chief executive of TransAtlantic AB.

The proposal includes the re-election of board members Hans Straberg, Staffan Bohman, Mats Rahmstrom, Johan Forssell, Anna Ohlsson-Leijon, Gordon Riske and Peter Wallenberg Jr.

Tina Donikowski won't stand for re-election, it said.
