Warakirri Farmland Fund, managed by Warakirri Asset Management Pty Ltd entered into binding agreement to acquire Two Large Scale Vineyards from Australian Vintage Ltd (ASX : AVG) for AUD 62.5 million.

Warakirri Farmland Fund, managed by Warakirri Asset Management Pty Ltd entered into binding agreement to acquire Two Large Scale Vineyards from Australian Vintage Ltd (ASX : AVG) for AUD 62.5 million on December 2, 2022. The Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) has approved the transaction. The transaction is expected to complete on late December.
