Jiangsu Leike Defense Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002413) announced that it will receive no more than 330,554,780 shares for total gross proceeds of not more than CNY 602,400,000 in equity round of funding from not more than 35 investors on July 10, 2020. The shares issued are subject to hold period of 6 months. The transaction has been approved by the the 19th meeting of the 6th directorate of the company. The transaction is subject to approval of The National Defense Science and Technology Bureau, the company's shareholders' meeting, and China Securities Regulatory Commission.
