(Alliance News) - Buzzi Spa on Monday reported that it purchased--in the period between May 13 and May 17--161,476 of its own shares.
The average price was EUR38.85, for a total value of more than EUR6.2 million.
Buzzi on Monday trades up 1.0 percent at EUR39.76 per share.
