(Alliance News) - Caltagirone Editore Spa announced Friday that the shareholders' meeting has appointed a new board of directors for the three-year period 2024 - 2026. The new board of directors will serve until the approval of the financial statements as of December 31, 2026, and is composed of 11 members.

From the list submitted by shareholder Parted 1982 Srl, Alessandro Caltagirone, Azzurra Caltagirone, Francesco Caltagirone, Tatiana Caltagirone, Federica Barbaro, Massimo Confortini, Fabrizio Caprara, Francesco Gianni, Annamaria Malato and Valeria Ninfadoro were elected.

From the minority list submitted by shareholder Michele Bacciardi on his own behalf and for shareholders Pierpaolo Mori, Moreno Giacomelli, Tito Populin and Claudio Varaldi, Pierpaolo Mori was elected.

Directors Francesco Gianni, Federica Barbaro, Massimo Confortini, Annamaria Malato, Valeria Ninfadoro and Pierpaolo Mori declared that they meet the requirements of independence.

The shareholders' meeting, as proposed by the board of directors, approved a dividend for fiscal year 2023 of EUR0.04 per share, up 33 percent from the previous year's dividend of EUR0.03.

Caltagirone's stock rises 0.8 percent to EUR4.99 per share.
