An unknown buyer acquired 136-unit Wingate Apartments in New Hope, Minnesota from Centerspace (NYSE:CSR) for $14.2 million on March 1, 2024. In a related transaction Centerspace sold 69-unit Southdale Parc Apartments in Richfield, Minnesota. Dan Linnell, Mox Gunderson, Josh Talberg, Adam Haydon, and Devon Dvorak of JLL worked on behalf of the seller, Centerspace, and procured the buyer.
