An unknown buyer acquired 69-unit Southdale Parc Apartments in Richfield, Minnesota from Centerspace (NYSE:CSR) for $8.7 million on March 1, 2024. In a related transaction Centerspace sold 136-unit Wingate Apartments in New Hope, Minnesota. Dan Linnell, Mox Gunderson, Josh Talberg, Adam Haydon, and Devon Dvorak of JLL worked on behalf of the seller, Centerspace, and procured the buyer.
