CIG ShangHai Co., Ltd. announced that the Company implements the scheme of profit distribution and capitalization from capital public reserve for 2019 as follows: a cash dividend of RMB 0.034 (taxes included) per A share and 0.3 share capitalized from capital public reserve to all shareholders per share. Record date is August 12, 2020. Ex-right and ex-dividend date is August 13, 2020. Cash dividend payable date is August 13, 2020.
