Coca-Cola FEMSA, S.A.B. de C.V. announced that its Board of Directors has proposed an ordinary dividend in the amount of MXN 6.08 per KOF UBL unit (MXN 0.76 per share) to be paid in four equal installments for the amount of MXN 1.52 per KOF UBL unit (MXN 0.19 per share), as of April, July, October, and December of 2024. The total amount of dividend proposed is MXN 12,773.06 million. The dividend and payment dates are subject To Approve the annual shareholders meeting to be held on March 19, 2024.
Coca-Cola FEMSA, S.A.B. de C.V. is a franchise bottler of Coca-Cola trademark beverages across the world. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the production, distribution and marketing of certain Coca-Cola beverages.
