Cofoe Medical Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:301087) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 200 million worth of its shares. The share will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 60 per share. The repurchased shares will be used for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives. The program will be valid for a period of 12 months.
On May 18, 2023, the company adjusted the upper limit of the repurchase price to CNY 58.82 per share.
