Cousins Properties Incorporated reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 198.43 million compared to USD 193.46 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 198.85 million compared to USD 195.17 million a year ago. Net income was USD 19.36 million compared to USD 80.64 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.13 compared to USD 0.53 a year ago.
