Daito Koun Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9367) agreed to acquire additional 15% stake in SHINEI-LOGI Inc. from Nakayama Unyu, K.K. for ¥15 million on November 9, 2022. For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, SHINEI-LOGI had net worth of ¥104.9 million, Total assets of ¥155.6 million, sales of ¥315.6 million, operating income of ¥0.493 million and net income of ¥1.352 million. Transaction is subject to approval of the Daito board, and is expected to be closed on November 15, 2022.
