DECO&E Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A017680) agreed to acquire 5.2% stake in Dream T Entertainment Co.,Ltd. (XKON:A220110) from SDP Korea Co., Ltd. for approximately KRW 920 million on July 25, 2018. DECO&E Co.,Ltd will acquire 0.41 million shares. The payment will be made by issuing convertible bonds. During the financial year ended December 2017, Dream T Entertainment Co.,Ltd reported total assets of KRW 22.96 billion, net assets of KRW 6.68 million, sales of KRW 27.76 billion and net profit of KRW 1.1 billion. Jeong Myung Accounting Corp. acted as External Rating Institution to DECO&E Co.,Ltd.
DECO&E Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A017680) completed the acquisition of 5.2% stake in Dream T Entertainment Co.,Ltd. (XKON:A220110) from SDP Korea Co., Ltd. on July 25, 2018. The consideration paid per share was KRW 2234.
