truegio k.k. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 66.7% stake in Northern Lights Co., Ltd. from REALWORLD, inc. (TSE:3691) for ¥120 million on August 30, 2019. truegio k.k. will acquire 56 shares in Northern Lights Co., Ltd. Northern Lights Co., Ltd. reported net assets of ¥50 million, total assets of ¥171 million, net sales of ¥444 million, operating loss of ¥1 million and net income of ¥1 million for the fiscal year ended September 2018. The Board of Directors of REALWORLD, inc resolved the transaction on August 30, 2019. The stock transfer date is planned to be September 6, 2019.
