Faith, Inc. reported consolidated and non-consolidated earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2021. For the period, on consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of ¥19,991 million compared to ¥20,093 million a year ago. Operating profit was ¥763 million compared to ¥385million a year ago. Loss attributable to owners of the parent was ¥26 million compared to ¥884 million a year ago. Basic loss per share were ¥2.09 compared to ¥67.93 a year ago.
For the period, on non-consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of ¥2,227 million compared to ¥2,153 million a year ago. Operating loss was ¥380 million compared to ¥380 million a year ago. Loss was ¥566 million compared to ¥1,468 million a year ago. Basic loss per share were ¥44.82 compared to ¥112.85 a year ago.
Faith,Inc. is a company mainly engaged in the contents business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Contents segment is engaged in the production of contents, the development and provision of delivery platform technology, the installment and operation of network systems, as well as the provision of contents delivery service to users. The Point segment is involved in the provision of point services. The Columbia segment is engaged in the planning, production and sale of sound source and videos, as well as the music copyright acquisition and management business. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 16 subsidiaries and six associated companies.
