On Wednesday morning, real-estate company Inea reported a 13% increase in sales for the first quarter.

Sales for the first three months of the year amounted to 15.5 million euros, compared with 13.7 million euros for the same period in 2022, which saw growth of 6.9%.

In its press release, Inea underpins the acceleration of its growth with the start-up of new office buildings in Lyon and Toulouse, and an urban logistics platform in Romainville, as well as with the revaluation of rents on a like-for-like basis.

The company also announced the acquisition of a 3,050 m2 office building opposite the Valence TGV train station and at the entrance to the Rovaltain business park.

This building, due for completion in early 2019, is an energy-positive structure, with a photovoltaic power plant on the roof and energy consumption already in line with the 2030 objectives of the tertiary eco-energy scheme.

Another advantage is that the asset is fully leased to several quality tenants, ensuring immediate and secure income for the property company.

Following this publication, Inea shares were up 1.2% on Wednesday morning on the Paris Bourse.
