Fujisan Magazine Service Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3138) concluded a contract to acquire Showa Publishing Co., Ltd. from Showa Corp., Inc. for ¥50 million on March 11, 2019. Fujisan Magazine Service Co.,Ltd. will acquire 10 shares of Showa Publishing Co., Ltd. After the transaction, Showa Publishing Co., Ltd. will operate as a subsidiary of Fujisan Magazine Service Co.,Ltd. The Board of Directors of Fujisan Magazine Service Co.,Ltd. passed a resolution for the transaction on March 11, 2019. The transaction is expected to be completed on March 11, 2019. The advisory expenses amount to ¥5.15 million.
