On July 18, 2023, Bureau closed the transaction. The company amended the terms of the transaction and received $4.5 million in its second and final tranche led by new investor, GMO Venture Partners, Inc. The transaction included participation from new investor GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. and existing investors. The company has raised total amount to $16.5 million in the transaction.
