GnCenergy Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A119850) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 500,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price.
The program will expire on February 13, 2024. As of November 12, 2023, the company had 1,085,528 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.

The Company operates three main businesses: diesel engine electricity generation business, small size cogeneration business and bio gas electricity generation business.
