Jiangsu Guiliu Animal Husbandry Group Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire Henan Chenzhou Huaying Poultry Industry Co., Ltd. from Henan Huaying Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002321) for CNY 41.28 million on December 17, 2019. The payment will be done in one single installment within five days since signing of the agreement. The transaction was approved by board members of Henan Huaying Agricultural Development and there is no need for approval from the shareholders. As of December 31, 2019, Henan Chenzhou Huaying Poultry reported total assets of CNY 334.61 million, total liabilities of CNY 305.434 million, total owners’ equity of CNY 29.18 million, operating revenue of CNY 111.88 million, operating loss of CNY 27.25 million and net loss of CNY 29.99 million.
