Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies announces that it has signed a preliminary agreement with a partner that sets out the main principles of an exclusive licensing agreement to build several Hoffmann units in Florida, USA.

Hoffmann Green claims to have been in discussions with its mysterious partner for several months, with the aim of decarbonizing the construction sector in the state of Florida.

After a series of tests which proved conclusive, the two companies have reached an agreement setting out the main principles of a licensing contract which could be signed before the end of the 1st quarter of 2024.

This licensing contract will lead to the construction of several Hoffmann plants in Florida, based on the same model as H2, Hoffmann Green's second production unit based in Bournezeau.

These plants will be financed and operated by the partner who will market Hoffmann Green's decarbonated 0% clinker cements throughout Florida. In return for this industrial and technological transfer, Hoffmann Green will receive royalties generated by this licensing model.
