(Alliance News) - Imprendiroma Spa reported Tuesday that it ended 2023 with a net profit of EUR18.0 million, up 173 percent from EUR6.6 million as of Dec. 31, 2022.

The board of directors proposed to distribute a dividend of EUR0.089, up from about EUR0.04464 a year earlier.

Sales revenue in the period stood at EUR123.8 million, up 243 percent from EUR36.1 million in the previous year.

Value of production was EUR114.6 million, up 143% from EUR47.1 million.

Ebitda in the period is EUR28.2 million, up 190% from EUR9.7 million in 2022.

Ebit amounted to EUR26.6 million, up 182% from EUR9.4 million.

Net financial debt is EUR5.0 million from a cash positive EUR3.6 million as of December 31, 2022.

In addition, the board of directors approved a proposal to increase share capital free of charge from EUR112,000.00 to EUR1 million by allocating reserves to capital totaling EUR888,000.00.
