Interlife Holdings Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:1418) concluded a contract to acquire GSK Co., Ltd. from Yoshito Kunimoto for ¥1.2 billion on June 18, 2015. Interlife Holdings Co will acquire 100 shares of GSK Co., Ltd. In a related transaction, Interlife Holdings Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:1418) concluded a contract to acquire Grand Staff Co., Ltd. After the transaction, GSK Co Ltd will operate as a subsidiary of Interlife Holdings. GSK Co., Ltd reported total assets of ¥641 million, net assets of ¥500 million, sales of ¥973 million, operating profit of ¥123 million and net profit of ¥97 million during the year ending March 2015. The Board of Directors of Interlife Holdings passed a resolution for the transaction on June 18, 2015. The transaction is expected to complete on June 22, 2015. The estimated advisory expenses for both the transactions amount to ¥51.85 million.
