Investors House Oyj (HLSE:INVEST) commences share repurchases on November 14, 2023, under the program mandated by Annual General Meeting held on April 27, 2023. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 600,000 shares. The price to be paid for repurchase should be the price established in public trading organized by Nasdaq Helsinki Oy or otherwise at the price established in the market on the date of acquisition.

The authorization will be valid till June 30, 2024.
