J.S.B.Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3480) concluded a share transfer agreement to acquire Friend Caresystem Co., Ltd. on December 20, 2018. Post transfer, Friend Caresystem Co., Ltd. will became a wholly owned subsidiary of J.S.B.Co.,Ltd. and Sanbo Yoshi shall become a indirect wholly owned of J.S.B. The transaction is expected to be completed on February 1, 2019.
