Zhonghui Puzhi Information Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 83,000,000 in an equity round of funding on October 17, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Jilin Jlu Communication Design Institute Co., Ltd for CNY 43,000,000 and new investor, Jilin Changyou Communication Construction Co., Ltd. for CNY 40,000,000 for 35.40% stake. Post to the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 30,000,000 to CNY 113,000,000 and the stake held by Jilin Jlu Communication Design Institute Co., Ltd will decrease from 100% to 64.60%. The transaction has been approved in the 7th Meeting of 2021 of the 4th Directorate of Jilin Jlu Communication Design Institute Co., Ltd and does not need its Shareholders’ Approval.
Jilin Jlu Communication Design Institute Co Ltd is a company that provides communication network technology services. The Company operates two segments. The Design Business segment is engaged in providing communication network consulting, communication network survey design and network optimization services. The Engineering Business segment provides communication network engineering services and communication network maintenance services.
