From October 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the company has repurchased 37,000 shares, representing 1.53% for ¥41.87 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 52,300 shares, representing 2.16% for ¥57.01 million under the buyback announced on August 10, 2021.
KANDA TSUSHINKI CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the information communication business. The Company has three business segments. The Information and Communications segment is engaged in the sale of telephone switching equipment, various network systems, information equipment and software, the planning, construction and support of information systems, as well as the sale, design, construction and maintenance of wireless-related equipment, closed-circuit television (CCTV), broadcasting and other electronic equipment, and the design and maintenance of telecommunications equipment.
