Lacroix announces that during the night of Friday May 12 to Saturday May 13, it intercepted a cyberattack targeting the French (Beaupréau), German (Willich) and Tunisian (Zriba) sites of its electronics business.

Prior to restarting the systems at these sites, investigations are underway to ensure that the attack has been completely contained. In addition, measures to secure all the Group's other sites were immediately taken.

The three sites concerned have been closed for the week, and Lacroix is aiming to reopen on Monday May 22. Until then, partial activity measures have been taken, as well as the implementation of a management and restarting plan adapted to each of the sites.

Given the favorable schedule, with only three days of effective production this week at the French and German sites, Lacroix does not envisage at this stage any significant impact on its announced performance for the full year 2023.
