(Alliance News) - Magis Spa announced Thursday that its board of directors approved the half-year report as of June 30, reporting net revenues at EUR42.3 million, down from EUR52.1 million in the first half of 2022.

Ebitda is EUR7.9 million, down from EUR9.5 million in the same period last year.

Ebit is EUR6.5 million, down from EUR8.1 million in the same period last year.

Net income is EUR4.5 million, down from EUR5.2 million in the same period in 2022.

Net financial debt is EUR2.4 million, down 5.9 percent from the first half of 2022.

Marco Marzi, president of Magis, commented, "Our vision is positive and concrete thanks to the opening of new markets that have already shown us confidence with numerous orders that have begun to be filled in the months following this half-year. Last but not least, we are proud of the fact that the path taken in the eco-sustainable products segment is bearing fruit, evidenced by the increased revenues associated with it: this is another important indicator that projects us into a highly competitive position and allows us to pursue the goals we have set for ourselves."

Magis on Thursday closed 3.8 percent in the red at EUR11.55 per share.
