BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, declared to the AMF that on December 19 it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of McPhy Energy's share capital, following the sale of shares on the market.

The American asset management giant said it held 1,398,588 McPhy shares on behalf of its clients and funds, representing 4.99% of the capital and 4.67% of the voting rights of the specialist in hydrogen production and distribution equipment.
