WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY
Unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcements related to the acquisition of the Dunes Mall (Proprietary) Limited ("Dunes Mall") dated 30 June 2022, 10 August 2022, 21 September 2022, 02 November 2022, 14 December 2022, 25 January 2023, 03 March 2023 and 14 April 2023, and the subsequent release of the Rights Issue Circular on 26 May 2023, and are hereby advised that caution is no longer required to be exercised by unitholders when dealing in the Company's securities. The Rights Issue Circular, distributed on 26 May 2023 and available on the Company's website, provides the substantive details of the Dunes Mall transaction.
