Mondrian Investment Partners Limited and a related party acquired 5.04% stake in Pyeong Hwa Automotive Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A043370) on January 26, 2015. Under the terms of the agreement Mondrian Investment Partners Limited and a related party bought 1.1 million shares of Pyeong Hwa Automotive Co., Ltd.
Mondrian Investment Partners Limited and a related party completed the acquisition of 5.04% stake in Pyeong Hwa Automotive Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A043370) on January 26, 2015.
