PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (IDX:CLEO) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 100,000,000 shares. The shares will be repurchased at a maximum price of IDR 500 per share. The program will expire on June 22, 2020.
PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk is an Indonesia-based company, which is primarily engaged in the bottled drinking water industry. The Company operates through three segments: Bottle, Non bottle, and Others. The Companyâs brands include Cleo, SuperO2, Vio, Cleo Platine, and Es Batu Kristal. Its Cleo products include Cleo, Cleo Classic, Cleo Galon, Cleo Platinum, Cleo Eco Green, and Cleo Smart 220ml. SuperO2 is oxygenated drinking water with an oxygen content of 100 Parts per Million (PPM). The Companyâs factories are located in Pandaan, Jember, Malang, Bojonegoro, Bangkalan, Sumenep, Bali Perean, Bali Megati, Lombok, Kudus, Purworejo, Cirebon, Garut, Bekasi, Citeureup, Gunung Sindur, Makassar, Medan, Banjarmasin, Semarang, Kendari, Ngoro Mojokerto, Bali Teuku Umar, Singosari Malang, Prigen Pasuruan, Sukabumi, Kediri, Balikpapan, Palangkaraya, Palembang and Lampung.
