S.C. Electroarges S.A. (BVB:ELGS) and S.C. Mobila Radauti S.A. (RASDAQ:MOBT) acquired 13.79% stake in Ves S.A. (BVB:VESY) on September 1, 2015. Under the transaction, Mobila Radauti SA acquired 5.08 million shares of VES and Electroarges SA acquired 11.31 million shares of VES SA.

S.C. Electroarges S.A. (BVB:ELGS) and S.C. Mobila Radauti S.A. (RASDAQ:MOBT) completed the acquisition of 13.79% stake in Ves S.A. (BVB:VESY) on September 1, 2015.
