Sakurajima Futo Kaisha, Ltd. (TSE:9353) agreed to acquire Naniwa Kensetsu Unyu Co., Ltd. from Naniwa Construction Co., Ltd. on December 10, 2013. Sakurajima Futo Kaisha, Ltd. is acquiring 800 shares of Naniwa Kensetsu Unyu Co., Ltd. For the period ending December 2012, Naniwa Kensetsu Unyu Co., Ltd. reported total assets of ¥242 million, net assets of ¥202 million, sales of ¥386 million, operating loss of ¥11 million and net loss of ¥12 million. A contract is scheduled to be signed on December 10, 2013. The transaction has been resolved by Board of Directors of Sakurajima Futo Kaisha, Ltd. and is expected to close by January 6, 2014.
