Dongnam Marine Crane Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A101000) signed a contract to acquire Bizers Co., Ltd from Kim, Jungho for KRW 5.2 billion on March 8, 2018. Under the terms, Dongnam Marine Crane Co., Ltd will acquire 0.3 million shares and the consideration will be off-set with the payment for this convertible bond. In related transaction, Dongnam Marine Crane Co., Ltd signed a contract to acquire Main NKM Co., Ltd from Lee, Jangyeon for KRW 4.1 billion on March 8, 2018. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Dongnam Marine Crane Co., Ltd. on March 8, 2018. The transaction is expected to close on March 8, 2018.
