Sanrin Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:7486) agreed to acquire Enokiboya Co., Ltd. from Takaichi Miyazawa on January 11, 2020. On January 14, 2020, share purchase agreement has been signed. Under the transaction, Sanrin Co., Ltd. Will acquire 200 shares of Enokiboya. Enokiboya will operate as wholly owned subsidiary of Sanrin. The transaction has been resolved by Board of Directors of Sanrin on January 11, 2020. The transaction is expected to close on April 1, 2020.
