SD Entertainment Inc. announced year-end dividend of JPY 13.40 per share for the year ended March 31, 2015.
The company expects year-end dividend of JPY 8.86 per share for the year ending March 31, 2016.
The company reported earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2015. For the year, the company reported net sales of JPY 7,363 million against JPY 8,245 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 322 million against JPY 268 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 178 million against JPY 116 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 285 million against net loss of JPY 484 million a year ago. Diluted net income per share was JPY 33.28. Cash flows from operating activities were JPY 765 million against JPY 687 million a year ago.
The company provided earnings guidance for the six months ending September 2015 and year ending March 2016.
