SEB SA (ENXTPA:SK) agreed to acquire Groupe Sofilec from Augagneur family on February 21, 2024. The transaction also include the acquisition of Groupe Sofilec brands Lacanche and Charvet. The total revenue of Groupe Sofilec in 2023 is ?62 million.
The transaction is expected to be completed in April 2024, is conditioned in particular on informing and consulting employee representative bodies within certain Groupe Sofilac companies.
