On February 27, 2024, Peugeot Invest Assets, a société par actions simplifiée (simplified joint stock company), declared to the AMF that it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of voting rights in Seb, and no longer held any shares in the company.
This threshold crossing was the result of a private placement by accelerated bookbuilding of all Seb shares held by the declaring party.
