Sky Gold Limited announced a private placement to issue 207,000 convertible equity warrants at an issue price of INR 254.25 for the gross proceeds of INR 52,629,750 on February 26, 2024. The transaction included participation from new individual investors Mangesh Chauhan 135,000 warrants, Darshan Chauhan 36,000 warrants and Mahendra Chauhan 36,000 warrants. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
