SVG Group Co., Ltd. announced Extraordinary General Meeting of 2021 on 15 October 2021, during which the following proposal(s) was/were approved: Election of non-independent directors, cumulative voting system applicable: Chen Linsen, Yu Zhangxing, Jiang Jingdong, Zhu Zhijian, Zou Qishi, Jiang Lin. Election of independent directors, cumulative voting system applicable: Yang Zheng, Yin Aisun, Ren Jia. Election of supervisors, cumulative voting system applicable: Ni Junqiang, Qiu Guoyang.
