Ten Ren Tea Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 504.36 million compared to TWD 406.91 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 29.98 million compared to TWD 3 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.33 compared to TWD 0.03 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.33 compared to TWD 0.03 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 1,022.17 million compared to TWD 858.52 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 61.29 million compared to TWD 20.26 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.68 compared to TWD 0.22 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.68 compared to TWD 0.22 a year ago.
Ten Ren Tea Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the production and distribution of tea leaves, tea sets and beverages. The Company provides specialty tea products, such as oolong tea, packaged tea products, tea gifts, tea sets, tea food, tea moon cakes, tea beverages, tea wines, green tea powder, green tea cookies, as well as green tea health food and others. It distributes its products within domestic market and overseas markets, with Taiwan as its main market.
